Website and the AADA electronic Dealer Services System (eDealerServices),
and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the

your Dealerships account or credit card number.

use the Contact Data to send you information about AADA and AADA services,
or to contact you when necessary. We use your Financial Data to verify
your qualifications for certain products or services and to bill you for
products and services.

agencies, including ADOT. If
you choose not to provide us with any Personal Information, you may still
access and use much of the Website; however, you will not be able to
access and use those portions of the Website that require your Personal

ADOT requests or (e) protect the interests of users of our Website or the

to Access, Update and Correct Personal Information

order to ensure that all of your Personal Information is correct and
up-to-date, the Dealership Administrator(s) may update your personal
information within the eDealerServices system.

must promptly notify us if your User ID or Password is lost, stolen or
used without permission. In such an event, we will disable your User ID
and password until such time as a new Password is issued and we update our
records accordingly.

Other Limits to Your Privacy
The
Website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for
the privacy practices or the content of such other websites.
Any information that is disclosed in those other websites may
become public information. We have no control over such other websites and
you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your Personal
